About Us
Eolis' history began on December 22, 1967, when it was incorporated as Luwa Aero Técnica, in Monterrey, N.L. The company had Swiss and Mexican capital.
In response to market demand, the company was relocated to Puebla on June 28, 1973, where it remains today and has created approximately 350 jobs. Initially, the company was fully owned by Swiss investors.
In 1974, Luwa Aero Técnica established its Engineering and Sales offices in Mexico City. Since 1982, the company has operated from its own well-located building, enabling efficient business operations. The company became Luwa Mexico in 1998.
In July 2010, Eolis America Latina became a subsidiary of COMSA Corporation, a Spanish group specializing in the construction and service industry. Eolis America Latina serves as COMSA Corporation's platform for business activities in the Americas.
Due to corporate reasons, Luwa Mexico underwent a name and brand change. Eolis America Latina became the new brand under which the company's services and products are marketed.
In 2021, Eolis USA, Inc. was established in Dallas, TX to directly serve customers in the US and Canada, completing our presence in the Americas.
Founded in Mexico in 1967 with Swiss and Mexican capital under Aero Técnica name, changed its name to Luwa Mexico and later to Eolis América Latina, and since July 2010 it is a subsidiary of the Spanish group COMSA Corporation.
